How to Set Up Trustcoin AI Crypto Trading Bot for Futures Trading

Step 1

Create your Trustcoin account

Open the official Trustcoin application and select Login/Register.

Option A — Register with email

1. Enter your full legal name using the format requested by the application.
2. Enter an email address that you can access immediately and select Get Code.
3. Open the verification email and enter the code in the application.
4. Create a strong, unique password that meets the displayed requirements.
5. Select your WhatsApp country code and enter your active mobile number.
6. Review the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7. Select Create Account, then sign in and confirm that you can access your dashboard.

Option B — Continue with Google

• Select Continue with Google and choose the Google account you want to use.
• If this is your first login, provide the additional account information requested by the application.
• Review the applicable terms and complete the account-creation process.

If you forget your password

Select Forgot Password on the login screen. Request an email verification code and follow the instructions to create a new password. Never disclose a password-reset code to another person.

Step 2

Complete KYC and wait for approval

Account verification must be approved before automated trading can be enabled.

Open Settings, choose KYC, and complete the form carefully. Only submit information through the official Trustcoin application.

Submit the request

1. Review every value. The identity information must match the owner of the connected Binance account.
2. Click Submit KYC Request.
3. The status changes from Not Submitted to Pending while the admin reviews it.
4. Wait until the status becomes Approved before continuing to final activation.

Step 3

Connect your Binance Futures account

Trustcoin uses a trading-only API to read required account information and submit eligible trades without taking custody of your assets.

Binance menus may look slightly different on mobile and desktop. If Futures permissions are unavailable, first activate USD-M Futures in your Binance account.

A. Activate USD-M Futures and Hedge Mode

1. Open Binance Futures and locate Preferences or Position Mode.
2. Choose Hedge Mode and confirm the change.
3. If Binance prevents the change, close conflicting positions/orders and try again according to Binance’s message.

B. Create a dedicated API key

1. Open Binance API Management and create a new API key specifically for Trustcoin.
2. Complete Binance security verification and copy both the API Key and Secret Key immediately.
3. Keep the secret secure. Binance may show it only once.

Using a dedicated API key makes the connection easier to monitor and revoke without affecting other services.

C. Apply the required permissions

Step 4

Set the trade amount

Choose the amount of USDT allocated to each eligible Futures trade.

1. Open Settings > Futures.
2. Find Trade Amount per Trade (USDT).
3. Enter an amount that satisfies the minimum and increment displayed by the app.
4. Click Save Amount and confirm the change.
5. Check that the onboarding step now shows Trade Amount as complete.

Step 5

Recharge your Gas Balance

A positive, approved Gas Balance is required before automated trading can be enabled.

Make the payment

1. Open Gas Recharge > Binance Pay.
2. Read the Binance ID, recipient name, network, and payment instructions shown in the app.
3. Send the correct amount to the displayed recipient.
4. Copy the Binance Order ID or Transaction ID after payment.

Submit the recharge request

1. Open Gas Recharge > Request.
2. Enter an amount in USDT. The amount must be at least 100 and an integer multiple of 100 (for example 100, 200, or 300).
3. Paste the Binance Order/Transaction ID and optionally add a note.
4. Submit the request and wait for admin approval.
5. Confirm that the Gas Balance is above zero before enabling automated trading.

A submitted request is not complete until it has been reviewed and credited to your account.

Step 6

Enable automated Futures trading

Enable trading only after you understand the configuration and every prerequisite is complete.

Final prerequisites

Turn it on

1. Open Settings > Futures.
2. Switch Enable Bot Trading to ON.
3. Read the Enable Futures confirmation and approve it.
4. Return to the dashboard and confirm that the header shows Live.
5. Confirm the onboarding stepper shows 6/6 complete.

What to monitor after activation

• Futures Balance — available Binance Futures funds reported by the connected API.
• Gas Balance — the app balance used by the trading service.
• Total P&L and Win Rate — performance summaries based on closed trades.
• Open Positions — Trades currently being managed.
• Trade History — entries, exits, quantities, margin, P&L, and close reasons.
• API Permissions — confirm that withdrawal and transfer permissions remain disabled.
• Exchange Alerts — review Binance security, order, and position notifications.

Protect your API credentials

Your exchange API is sensitive. Protect it throughout your use of Trustcoin.

• Use a unique API key created specifically for Trustcoin.
• Never enable withdrawal, transfer, address-management, or account-administration permissions.
• Keep two-factor authentication enabled on Binance and your email account.
• Never share API credentials, passwords, OTPs, or authentication codes.
• Do not publish screenshots containing account or API information.
• Review your API activity and permissions regularly.
• Revoke the API immediately if your device or credentials may have been compromised.

Does Trustcoin hold my trading funds?

No. Your trading funds remain in your connected exchange account. Trustcoin should be connected using reading and trading permissions only, with withdrawals and transfers disabled.

Can Trustcoin guarantee profits?

No. Neither Trustcoin nor any trading bot can guarantee profits. Results depend on market conditions, strategy behaviour, fees, liquidity, leverage, technical performance, and other risks.

Can Trustcoin withdraw funds from Binance?

A correctly configured API with withdrawal and transfer permissions disabled cannot be used to withdraw or transfer your funds. Always verify these permissions directly in Binance.

What does Live mean?

Live means your account has completed the required checks and is eligible for automated trading. It does not guarantee immediate trade execution, continuous trading, or profitable results.

Can I stop automated trading?

You can disable the bot to prevent new automated entries. Previously submitted orders or open positions may remain active, so check Binance directly and manage them when necessary.

What should I do if my API Secret is exposed?

Disable or delete the affected API key immediately in Binance. Create a new dedicated key, apply only the required permissions, and reconnect it through the official Trustcoin application.
