Your setup journey

Complete these six steps in sequence. The dashboard stepper reads your saved account state, so completed steps remain complete when you sign in on another device.

Before you begin

ImportantNever send your Binance password, email OTP, withdrawal code, or two-factor authentication code to anyone. The app requires only an API key and secret with limited trading permissions.

Step 1

Create your account

Register with email and password, or continue with Google.

Option A — Register with email

  1. Download the app from Google Playstore and select the Login/Register tab.
  2. Enter your full name using English letters. Common English separators such as a space are acceptable; other scripts, numbers, emoji, or accented characters are rejected.
  3. Enter your email address and click Get Code.
  4. Open the email from the app and enter the 6-digit verification code.
  5. Create a password with at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
  6. Choose your WhatsApp country code and enter exactly 10 digits for the mobile number.
  7. Review the terms statement, then click Create Account.
  8. After successful registration, sign in and open the user dashboard.

Option B — Continue with Google

Registration Temporarily ClosedIf the Important Notice says new registrations are temporarily closed, you cannot create a new account through the form or Google. Existing users can still log in; wait until registration is reopened.

If you forget your password

Use Forgot Password on the login form. Request the 6-digit email code, verify it, and set a new password that meets the same password requirements.

Step 2

Complete KYC and wait for approval

KYC approval is mandatory before Bot Trading can be enabled.

Open Settings, choose KYC, and complete the form carefully. The app masks saved identity values after submission for safer display.

FieldRequirementCheck Before Submitting
Binance UIDDigits shown in your Binance profileCopy it from the correct Binance account
Aadhaar / ID NumberExactly 12 digitsNo spaces or hyphens
PAN Card NumberExactly 10 uppercase letters/numbersUse the official PAN format
WhatsApp NumberCountry code + exactly 10 digitsUse a number you actively monitor

Submit the request

  1. Review every value; identity data should match the Binance account owner.
  2. Click Submit KYC Request.
  3. The status changes from Not Submitted to Pending while the admin reviews it.
  4. Wait until the status becomes Approved before continuing to final activation.

If KYC Is RejectedRead the reason shown in the dashboard, correct the requested information, and submit again. Do not create a second user account to bypass a rejected request.

PrivacyUse your own details and your own Binance account. Do not submit another person’s identity or account information.

Step 3

Prepare the Binance Futures API

Create a trading-only API that matches the bot’s eligibility checks.

Binance menus may look slightly different on mobile and desktop. If Futures permissions are unavailable, first activate USD-M Futures in your Binance account.

A. Set USD-M Futures to Hedge Mode

  1. Open Binance Futures and locate Preferences or Position Mode.
  2. Choose Hedge Mode and confirm the change.
  3. If Binance prevents the change, close conflicting positions/orders and try again according to Binance’s message.

B. Create the API key

  1. Open Binance API Management and create a new API key for Trust Coin App.
  2. Complete Binance security verification and copy both the API Key and Secret Key immediately.
  3. Store the secret temporarily in a secure place. Binance may show it only once.

C. Apply the required permissions

Binance SettingRequired ValueWhy
IP access restrictionsUnrestrictedRequired by the current bot eligibility policy
Enable ReadingONReads balances, permissions, orders, and positions
Enable FuturesONAllows copied USD-M Futures orders
Spot & Margin TradingOFFNot required by this bot
WithdrawalsOFFMust remain disabled
TransfersOFFMust remain disabled
USD-M Position ModeHedge ModeAllows separate long and short position sides

Security Trade-OffBinance labels Unrestricted IP access as less secure. It is required by the current app policy, so compensate by keeping withdrawals and transfers OFF, using a dedicated API key, and deleting the key immediately if you suspect exposure.

Step 3 — Continued

Verify and save the Binance API

The app checks permissions, Futures trading eligibility, and Hedge Mode before saving.

Connect the key inside Trust Coin App

  1. Return to the user dashboard and open Settings > Binance API.
  2. Paste the Binance API Key into the API Key field.
  3. Paste the Binance Secret Key into the API Secret field.
  4. Click Verify & Save API Key.
  5. Wait for the confirmation that the API Key is Verified.

Encrypted StorageThe dashboard states that saved API credentials are protected with AES-256-GCM encryption. Still, treat the key as sensitive and never send screenshots containing the full key or secret.

If verification fails

Message or SymptomWhat to Check
Permission check failedReading ON, Futures ON, Spot/Withdrawals/Transfers OFF
IP restriction not eligibleSelect Unrestricted in Binance API settings
Hedge Mode requiredSwitch USD-M Futures Position Mode to Hedge Mode
Invalid key or signaturePaste the matching key and secret with no extra spaces
Futures cannot tradeConfirm USD-M Futures is activated and the account is eligible to trade
Secret lostDelete that API key and create a new one; Binance cannot reveal the old secret

Changing an Active APIRemoving a saved API stops new trading immediately. Replacing or removing it may be blocked while queued orders or open positions still exist.

Step 4

Set the trade amount

Choose the USDT margin allocated to each Future trade.

  1. Open Settings > Future.
  2. Find Trade Amount per Trade (USDT).
  3. Enter an amount that satisfies the minimum and increment displayed by the app.
  4. Click Save Amount and confirm the change.
  5. Check that the onboarding step now shows Trade Amount as complete.

ExampleWhen the configured minimum and step are 50 USDT, valid amounts include 50, 100, and 150 USDT. Always follow the exact minimum and increment currently shown in your dashboard.

LeverageThe user onboarding flow does not ask you to choose leverage. Trades follow the master trade’s leverage configuration. Keep enough available balance to absorb normal price movement and fees.

Step 5

Recharge the gas balance

A positive approved gas balance is required before trading can be enabled.

Make the payment

  1. Open Gas Recharge > Binance Pay.
  2. Read the Binance ID, recipient name, network, and payment instructions shown in the app.
  3. Send the correct amount to the displayed recipient.
  4. Copy the Binance Order ID or Transaction ID after payment.

Submit the recharge request

  1. Open Gas Recharge > Request.
  2. Enter an amount in USDT. The amount must be at least 100 and an integer multiple of 100 (for example 100, 200, or 300).
  3. Paste the Binance Order/Transaction ID and optionally add a note.
  4. Submit the request and wait for admin approval.
  5. Confirm that the Gas Fee Balance is above zero before enabling Bot.

Step 6

Enable Future trading

Turn on automated trading after every prerequisite is complete.

PausingTurning Bot OFF prevents new Bot trades from being traded until you enable it again. If the admin has locked trading, contact the administrator.
