Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

• the Trustcoin website;
• the Trustcoin application;
• account registration and login;
• KYC and account-verification processes;
• Trustcoin trading and bot-management services;
• Gas Recharge and Gas Balance operations;
• customer support and communications; and
• other Trustcoin services that expressly refer to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of third-party services, exchanges, payment providers, or websites that are not operated by Trustcoin.

Depending on how you use the Service, Trustcoin may collect the following categories of information.

2.1 Account and Registration Information

When you create or maintain a Trustcoin account, we may collect:

• mobile or WhatsApp number;
• country and related account information;

• information required to administer your Trustcoin account.

If you register or authenticate through a supported third-party service, such as Google, we may receive the information that service makes available to us for authentication and account creation.

Where KYC verification is required, Trustcoin may collect identity and verification information submitted by you, which may include:

• PAN or equivalent tax/identity information;
• Aadhaar or other permitted identification information;
• information required to verify your identity; and
• supporting documents or information submitted during verification.

KYC information is collected and processed for account verification, fraud prevention, security, legal and regulatory compliance, and other legitimate purposes associated with operating the Service.

You must provide your own accurate information and must not submit another person's identity information or documents.

2.3 Exchange and API Information

To provide automated trading functionality, Trustcoin may process information associated with the cryptocurrency exchange account that you connect to the Service.

This may include:

• exchange account or UID information;
• API key information;
• API permission information;
• trading and position information made available through the API;
• account balances and related market/trading data;
• orders and order status;
• trading history; and
• information required to verify that the connected API meets Trustcoin's technical requirements.

Trustcoin uses API credentials only for the functions and permissions necessary to provide the applicable Service.

Users should configure exchange API permissions in accordance with Trustcoin's current setup requirements. Withdrawal and transfer permissions should remain disabled where required by the Trustcoin setup instructions.

Trustcoin does not request or require your exchange password, private key, seed phrase, withdrawal code, or two-factor authentication code for the API connection.

2.4 Trading and Performance Information

When you use Trustcoin's automated trading services, we may process information relating to:

• trading activity;
• orders and positions;
• trade entry and exit information;
• Gross Trade PNL;
• trading strategy and configuration;
• trade amount and risk-related settings;
• profit-sharing calculations;
• Gas Balance adjustments arising from applicable trading activity; and
• other information required to operate, monitor, secure, and improve the Service.

Gross Trade PNL and profit/loss settlement are handled in accordance with the Trustcoin Profit Sharing & Prepaid Gas Balance Policy.

2.5 Gas Balance, Gas Recharge and USDT Transfer Information

Where you use the Trustcoin Gas Balance system, we may collect and process information relating to:

• Gas Balance;
• Gas Recharge history;
• Cumulative Gas Recharge;
• Gas Recharge Requests;
• USDT Transfers;
• Binance Order IDs or Transaction IDs;
• Gas Balance Credits;
• transaction dates and amounts;
• verification and approval records; and
• related account and system records.

Where Binance Pay is used, the relevant USDT Transfer information may be processed to verify the Gas Recharge Request and credit the applicable amount to your Gas Balance.

The Gas Balance is a prepaid Trustcoin service balance and is separate from your trading capital and funds held in your connected exchange account.

2.6 Payment and Transaction Information

Trustcoin may process information necessary to verify and reconcile transactions made in connection with the Service.

Depending on the payment method, this may include:

• transaction identifiers;
• payment or transfer status;
• transaction amount;
• date and time;
• sender or recipient information made available by the applicable payment service;
• payment verification records; and
• information required to investigate failed, duplicate, erroneous, or disputed transactions.

Trustcoin does not need your private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, or withdrawal credentials to verify a Gas Recharge.

2.7 Device and Technical Information

When you visit or use the Trustcoin website or application, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• operating system;
• application version;
• device identifiers where technically available;
• language and regional settings;
• pages or screens visited;
• date and time of access;
• referring or exit pages;
• error and diagnostic information; and
• other technical information necessary for security and operation of the Service.

2.8 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Trustcoin may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar technical mechanisms to:

• execute or manage trades according to the applicable Service configuration;
• maintain trading records;
• monitor system performance;
• calculate applicable trading results; and
• provide the Trustcoin automated trading functionality.

3.4 Gas Balance and Profit Sharing

To:

• process and verify Gas Recharge Requests;
• verify USDT Transfers;
• credit the Gas Balance;
• maintain Cumulative Gas Recharge records;
• determine the applicable profit-sharing slab;
• calculate and settle applicable profit or loss;
• maintain Gas Balance records;
• recover a negative Gas Balance from subsequent Gas Recharge where applicable; and
• provide account statements and related information.

The applicable profit-sharing slabs are governed by the Profit-Sharing Policy.

3.5 Refunds and Transaction Disputes

To:

• investigate Gas Recharge issues;
• verify USDT Transfers;
• investigate duplicate or erroneous transactions;
• evaluate refund requests;
• process approved refunds or account corrections; and
• maintain records necessary to resolve disputes.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Trustcoin Refund Policy.

3.6 Service Improvement

To:

• understand how users interact with the Service;
• identify technical problems;
• improve performance and reliability;
• develop and improve features;
• conduct analytics using aggregated or appropriately protected information; and
• improve security and user experience.

3.7 Communications

To send:

• account and security notifications;
• KYC or verification communications;
• transaction and Gas Balance notifications;
• service announcements;
• support communications;
• policy or Terms updates; and
• other communications necessary to provide or administer the Service.

Where required by applicable law, marketing communications will be subject to the applicable consent or opt-out requirements.

3.8 Legal and Compliance Purposes

We may process information where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law;
• respond to lawful requests from authorities;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• enforce our Terms and policies;
• prevent fraud or unlawful activity; or

Non-Custodial Trading Model

Your trading capital and trading profits remain in your connected cryptocurrency exchange account. Trustcoin does not hold your trading capital through the Gas Balance system.

Trustcoin may receive trading and account information through the API permissions you authorize, but the ability of Trustcoin to access your exchange account is limited by the permissions and controls configured by you and supported by the exchange.

Users are responsible for configuring their exchange API credentials in accordance with Trustcoin's current security requirements.

Section 5

How We Share Information

Trustcoin does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may disclose or provide access to information in the following circumstances.

5.1 Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, including providers supporting:

• hosting and infrastructure;
• databases and cloud services;
• identity and KYC verification;
• email and communications;
• customer support;
• analytics;
• security and fraud prevention;
• payment or transaction processing; and
• other technical or operational functions.

Such providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to Trustcoin and subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, security, or legal requirements.

5.2 Cryptocurrency Exchanges and Related Services

Where necessary to provide the Service, Trustcoin may exchange or receive information through the connected cryptocurrency exchange or related service provider.

The exchange's own privacy policy and terms also apply to information processed directly by that exchange.

5.3 Legal and Regulatory Disclosure

Trustcoin may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, court order, legal process, or lawful request from a competent authority.

Trustcoin may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• prevent fraud;

5.4 Business Transactions

Trustcoin retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

• provide and administer the Service;

• complete KYC and security processes;
• administer Gas Balance and profit-sharing records;

• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
• maintain appropriate security and business records.

When information is no longer required for these purposes, Trustcoin will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.

Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems and may be retained where necessary for security, disaster recovery, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.

Trading information, Gross Trade PNL, Gas Balance adjustments, and profit-sharing calculations are processed for the operation of the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service and Profit-Sharing Policy.

The Trustcoin Refund Policy governs refund requests relating to Gas Recharge and Gas Balance transactions.

Trustcoin may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

• the Trustcoin Service;
• data-processing practices;
• security practices;
• payment and Gas Recharge procedures;
• Profit Sharing arrangements;

Nothing in this Privacy Policy changes the user's contractual obligations, profit-sharing arrangements, Gas Balance obligations, refund rights, or trading risks established by the applicable Trustcoin Terms and policies.
