User Onboarding Guide
How to Set Up Trustcoin AI Crypto Trading Bot for Spot Trading
Create your Trustcoin account, complete KYC and identity verification, connect your Binance Spot API, configure your Spot trading amount, recharge your Gas Balance, and enable automated Spot trading.
This guide is specifically for users who want to use Trustcoin for Spot trading through their Binance Spot account. If you want to use Binance Futures, follow the Futures Setup Guide instead.
| Guide For | App | Setup Path |
|---|---|---|
| New users | trustcoin.app | 6 onboarding steps |
What Trustcoin IsTrustcoin is a non-custodial software interface that connects to a supported exchange through an API. Your trading funds remain in your exchange account, and the connection must not have permission to withdraw or transfer your assets.
Risk NoticeCryptocurrency Spot trading is highly speculative and can result in substantial or total financial loss. Automated trading does not eliminate market risk, and profits are never guaranteed. Cryptocurrency prices can be highly volatile and may decline significantly. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

- Access to Binance Pay or the payment method displayed inside the Gas Recharge page.
- A clear understanding of cryptocurrency Spot trading risks.
ImportantNever share your Binance password, email password, OTP, two-factor authentication code, withdrawal code, private key, or seed phrase with Trustcoin support—or with anyone else.
Step 1
Create your Trustcoin account
Open the official Trustcoin application and select Login/Register to create your Trustcoin account.
Option A — Register with email
- Enter your full legal name using the format requested by the application.
- Enter an email address that you can access immediately and select Get Code.
- Open the verification email and enter the code in the application.
- Create a strong, unique password that meets the displayed requirements.
- Select your WhatsApp country code and enter your active mobile number.
- Review the applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Select Create Account, then sign in and confirm that you can access your dashboard.
Option B — Continue with Google
- Select Continue with Google and choose the Google account you want to use.
- If this is your first login, provide the additional account information requested by the application.
- Review the applicable terms and complete the account-creation process.
Registration Temporarily ClosedIf the Important Notice says new registrations are temporarily closed, you cannot create a new account through the form or Google. Existing users can still log in; wait until registration is reopened.
If you forget your password
Select Forgot Password on the login screen. Request an email verification code and follow the instructions to create a new password. Never disclose a password-reset code to another person.
Step 2
Complete KYC and wait for approval
Account verification must be approved before automated trading can be enabled.
Open Settings, choose KYC, and complete the form carefully. Only submit information through the official Trustcoin application.
| Field | Requirement | Check Before Submitting |
|---|---|---|
| Binance UID | Digits shown in your Binance profile | Copy it from the correct Binance account |
| Aadhaar / ID Number | Exactly 12 digits | No spaces or hyphens |
| PAN Card Number | Exactly 10 uppercase letters/numbers | Use the official PAN format |
| WhatsApp Number | Country code + exactly 10 digits | Use a number you actively monitor |
Submit the request
- Review every value. The identity information must match the owner of the connected Binance account.
- Click Submit KYC Request.
- The status changes from Not Submitted to Pending while the admin reviews it.
- Wait until the status becomes Approved before continuing to final activation.
If KYC Is RejectedRead the reason shown in the dashboard, correct the requested information, and submit again. Do not create a second user account to bypass a rejected request.
PrivacyUse your own details and your own Binance account. Never send identity documents through unofficial social-media accounts or to someone claiming to provide faster approval.
Step 3
Connect your Binance Spot Account
Trustcoin uses a trading-only API to read required account information and submit eligible Spot trades without taking custody of your assets.
Binance menus may look slightly different on mobile and desktop.
A. Ensure Spot Trading is available
Before creating the API key, confirm that your Binance account can use Spot trading and that you have sufficient funds in your Binance Spot account for the trades you intend to execute.
B. Create a dedicated API key
- Open Binance API Management and create a new API key specifically for Trustcoin.
- Complete Binance security verification and copy both the API Key and Secret Key immediately.
- Keep the secret secure. Binance may show it only once.
Using a dedicated API key makes the connection easier to monitor and revoke without affecting other services.
C. Apply the Required Spot API Permissions
| Binance Setting | Required Value | Why |
|---|---|---|
| IP access restrictions | Follow the current Trustcoin eligibility requirement | The dashboard verification must match the active integration policy |
| Enable Reading | ON | Reads balances, permissions, orders, and positions |
| Spot Trading | ON | Allows Trustcoin to submit eligible Spot orders |
| Futures Trading | OFF | Not required for Spot Trading |
| Withdrawals | OFF | Must remain disabled |
| Transfers | OFF | Must remain disabled |
| Other unnecessary permissions | OFF | Reduces unnecessary API access |
Security WarningUnrestricted IP access increases the attack surface of an API key. Keep withdrawal and transfer permissions disabled, use a dedicated API key only for Trustcoin, and revoke the key immediately if compromise is suspected. Carefully review Binance’s warning about unrestricted access and keep two-factor authentication enabled on your exchange and email account.
Step 3 — Continued
Verify and save your Binance API
The app checks the required API permissions and Spot trading eligibility before saving the API connection.
Connect the key inside Trustcoin
- Return to your Trustcoin dashboard and open Settings > Binance API.
- Paste the Binance API Key into the API Key field.
- Paste the Binance Secret Key into the API Secret field.
- Click Verify & Save API Key.
- Wait for the confirmation that the API Key is Verified.
Sensitive CredentialsOnly enter the credentials inside the official Trustcoin application. Treat the key as sensitive and never send screenshots containing the full API Key or Secret Key.
If verification fails
| Message or Symptom | What to Check |
|---|---|
| Permission check failed | Confirm Reading and Spot Trading are ON and Withdrawals/Transfers/Futures are OFF where applicable |
| IP restriction not eligible | Follow the current IP-access requirement shown by Trustcoin |
| Invalid key or signature | Confirm the API Key and Secret belong together and were entered correctly |
| Spot trading unavailable | Confirm Spot trading is available on your Binance account |
| API verification failed | Check the current Trustcoin API requirements and Binance permissions |
| Secret lost | Delete that API key and create a new one; Binance cannot reveal the old secret |
Changing an Active APIRemoving an API connection may stop new automated entries, but it may not cancel submitted orders or close open positions. Check your Binance account directly before replacing or removing a key.
Step 4
Set the trade amount
Choose the amount of USDT allocated to each eligible Spot trade.
- Open Settings > Spot.
- Find Trade Amount per Trade (USDT).
- Enter an amount that satisfies the minimum and increment displayed by the app.
- Click Save Amount and confirm the change.
- Check that the onboarding step now shows Trade Amount as complete.
ExampleWhen the configured minimum and step are 50 USDT, valid amounts include 50, 100, and 150 USDT. Always follow the exact minimum and increment currently shown in your dashboard.
Trading RiskChoose a trade amount appropriate for your Binance Spot balance and personal risk tolerance. Spot trading does not use Futures leverage, but the value of digital assets can decline significantly. Maintain sufficient available balance for trading fees, market movements and potential losses.
Step 5
Recharge your Gas Balance
A positive, approved Gas Balance is required before automated trading can be enabled.
Make the payment
- Open Gas Recharge > Binance Pay.
- Read the Binance ID, recipient name, network, and payment instructions shown in the app.
- Send the correct amount to the displayed recipient.
- Copy the Binance Order ID or Transaction ID after payment.
Payment SafetyOnly use payment details displayed through the official Trustcoin application. Do not send funds to a different account based on instructions received through an unofficial message or social-media profile.
Submit the recharge request
- Open Gas Recharge > Request.
- Enter an amount in USDT. The amount must be at least 100 and an integer multiple of 100 (for example 100, 200, or 300).
- Paste the Binance Order/Transaction ID and optionally add a note.
- Submit the request and wait for admin approval.
- Confirm that the Gas Balance is above zero before enabling automated trading.
A submitted request is not complete until it has been reviewed and credited to your account.
Step 6
Enable automated Spot Trading
Enable trading only after you understand the configuration and every prerequisite is complete.
Final prerequisites
| Requirement | Ready When |
|---|---|
| Account | You can sign in and the account is active |
| KYC | Status shows Approved |
| Binance API | Verification status shows Verified |
| Trade amount | A valid USDT amount is saved |
| Gas Balance | Gas Balance is above zero |
| Admin control | Trading is not locked or disabled by the admin |
Turn it on
- Open Settings > Spot.
- Switch Enable Bot Trading to ON.
- Read the Enable Spot confirmation and approve it.
- Return to the dashboard and confirm that the header shows Live.
- Confirm the onboarding stepper shows 6/6 complete.
What Live MeansYour account is eligible to receive qualifying trading instructions. It does not mean a trade will open immediately, and it does not guarantee that any trade will be profitable.
PausingTurning the bot OFF may prevent new automated entries, but it may not cancel previously submitted orders or sell existing Spot holdings. Always check Binance directly and manage open orders or holdings when necessary.
What to monitor after activation
- Spot Balance — available funds in your Binance Spot account.
- Gas Balance — the app balance used by the trading service.
- Total P&L and Win Rate — performance summaries based on closed trades.
- Open Orders/Holdings — Spot orders and assets currently being managed.
- Trade History — entries, exits, quantities, P&L, and close reasons.
- API Permissions — confirm that withdrawal and transfer permissions remain disabled.
- Exchange Alerts — review Binance security and order notifications.
Protect your API credentials
Your exchange API is sensitive. Protect it throughout your use of Trustcoin.
- Use a unique API key created specifically for Trustcoin.
- Never enable withdrawal, transfer, address-management, or account-administration permissions.
- Keep two-factor authentication enabled on Binance and your email account.
- Never share API credentials, passwords, OTPs, or authentication codes.
- Do not publish screenshots containing account or API information.
- Review your API activity and permissions regularly.
- Revoke the API immediately if your device or credentials may have been compromised.
Residual RiskNo online service or API integration is completely free from cybersecurity risk. Monitor your exchange account and contact official support if you notice unexpected activity.
Understand the trading risks
Cryptocurrency Spot trading is speculative and can result in substantial or total loss. Risks include market volatility, trading fees, slippage, liquidity conditions, exchange downtime, API failures, software defects, delayed instructions and unexpected strategy behavior.
Unlike Futures trading, Spot trading does not involve Futures leverage or liquidation. However, the market value of digital assets can decline substantially and losses can still occur.
Past, simulated, or displayed performance does not predict future results. Trustcoin does not guarantee execution, profitability, or any particular return.
Your ResponsibilityReview every setting independently, monitor both Trustcoin and Binance, and use only capital you can afford to lose. You remain responsible for your exchange account, trading configuration, open orders, and positions.
Troubleshooting
