Thank you for using our trading bot and entrusting us with your gas fee recharges. We strive to provide a seamless experience and ensure your satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you might require a refund. This refund policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund of gas fees recharge. Eligibility for Refund:

a. You are eligible for a refund if your gas fee recharge was unsuccessful due to a technical issue on our end or any other circumstances beyond your control.

b. Refunds are only applicable to gas fees charged for recharge transactions and do not include any trading or transactional fees.

c. Gas expenses that were obtained as an incentive or as part of a promotion will not be subject to refund.

Refund Request Process:

a. To request a refund, you must submit a refund request within 72 hours from the time of the unsuccessful gas fee recharge.

b. Contact our customer support team through the designated channels (email, live chat, or support ticket) to initiate your refund request.

c. Provide all relevant details, including your account information, the date and time of the recharge attempt, and any supporting documentation if necessary.

Refund Evaluation:

a. Our team will review your refund request and investigate the circumstances surrounding the unsuccessful gas fee recharge.

b. We may require additional information or clarification from you during the evaluation process to ensure an accurate assessment.

c. The evaluation process may take up to 7 business days from the receipt of your refund request.

Refund Approval and Disbursement:

a. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 14 business days.

b. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the gas fee recharge unless otherwise agreed upon.

c. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

a. Refunds will not be granted if the gas fee recharge failed due to user error or improper configuration of the trading bot settings.

b. Refunds will not be provided for any gas fees associated with successful transactions, regardless of the outcome of the trade.

c. No refund will be initiated for gas fees received as incentive, bonus or as part of promotional activity.

Dispute Resolution:

a. If you disagree with the decision regarding your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our management or file a formal complaint through the appropriate channels.

b. We will make every effort to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
