Section 1
Definitions
For purposes of this Refund Policy:
Gas Balance means the prepaid balance maintained in the user's Trustcoin account for applicable Trustcoin trading-service operations.
Gas Recharge means the process of adding USDT to the user's Gas Balance.
USDT Transfer means the transfer of USDT made by the user through Binance Pay, or another payment method specifically displayed within the official Trustcoin application, for the purpose of a Gas Recharge.
Gas Recharge Request means the request submitted by the user through the Trustcoin application after completing the applicable USDT Transfer, including the relevant Binance Order ID or Transaction ID.
Gas Balance Credit means the amount credited to the user's Trustcoin Gas Balance after the corresponding Gas Recharge has been verified and approved.
Section 2
Nature of the Gas Balance
The Gas Balance is a prepaid Trustcoin service balance. It is separate from:
- the user's cryptocurrency trading capital;
- funds held in the user's exchange account;
- trading profits or losses;
- the user's profit-sharing entitlement; and
- any cryptocurrency investment or deposit with Trustcoin.
Trustcoin does not hold or manage the user's trading capital through the Gas Balance system.
A Gas Recharge does not represent an investment in Trustcoin and does not guarantee any trading profit, return, or particular trading result.
Section 3
Gas Recharge Process
A user who wishes to add to the Gas Balance must follow the current instructions displayed inside the official Trustcoin application.
Where Binance Pay is the applicable method, the general process is:
- Open the Gas Recharge section in the Trustcoin application.
- Review the Binance Pay recipient and payment details displayed by the application.
- Transfer the applicable amount of USDT through Binance Pay.
- Obtain the Binance Order ID or Transaction ID associated with the USDT Transfer.
- Submit the Gas Recharge Request through the Trustcoin application.
- Wait for verification and approval.
- After approval, the corresponding amount is credited to the user's Gas Balance.
Users must use only the payment details displayed through the official Trustcoin application.
Trustcoin is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect recipient, address, account, or payment destination due to user error or reliance on unofficial instructions.
Section 4
When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered where:
- the user has successfully completed the required USDT Transfer;
- the transfer can be verified from the relevant transaction records;
- the corresponding amount was not correctly credited to the user's Gas Balance; and
- the failure was caused by a verified technical, processing, or accounting error attributable to Trustcoin.
A refund may also be considered in the case of a verified duplicate or erroneous Gas Recharge where the circumstances justify a refund.
Each request will be reviewed individually based on the available transaction, account, and system records.
Section 5
Unsuccessful USDT Transfers
If the USDT Transfer itself was unsuccessful, rejected, cancelled, reversed, or was not received by Trustcoin, the user should first verify the transaction status through Binance or the applicable payment service.
Trustcoin cannot refund funds that were never successfully received by Trustcoin.
If the USDT Transfer was successfully received but the corresponding Gas Balance Credit was not made because of a verified Trustcoin-side technical or processing error, the user may submit a refund or account-correction request.
Section 6
Refunds and Trading Performance
A refund is not available merely because:
- a trade resulted in a loss;
- the trading bot did not generate the expected profit;
- actual performance was lower than expected;
- market conditions changed;
- the user stopped using the bot after completing a Gas Recharge;
- trading activity was lower than expected; or
- the user did not achieve a desired return.
Risk NoticeCryptocurrency and Futures trading involve substantial risks. Trustcoin does not guarantee profits, returns, execution, trading frequency, or any particular financial outcome.
Section 7
Profit Sharing Is Separate from Gas Recharge
Trustcoin's Profit Sharing Policy is separate from the Gas Balance and Gas Recharge system.
Where applicable, profit sharing is calculated according to the applicable Trustcoin profit-sharing terms. The applicable profit-sharing structure is determined by the user's Cumulative Gas Recharge and is governed by the Trustcoin Profit Sharing & Prepaid Gas Balance Policy. The applicable slabs are 50% User / 50% Trustcoin, 60% User / 40% Trustcoin, and 70% User / 30% Trustcoin, subject to the thresholds and permanent slab rules stated in that Policy. The applicable profit-sharing arrangement does not guarantee any particular return.
A disagreement concerning:
- trading performance;
- profit calculation;
- profit-sharing percentage;
- trading losses; or
- the amount of profit allocated to the user
does not by itself create a right to a refund of a Gas Recharge.
Such matters will be handled in accordance with the applicable Profit-Sharing Policy and Terms of Service.
Section 8
Gas Balance Used During Trading
Once a Gas Recharge has been verified and credited to the user's Gas Balance, the balance may be used or deducted in accordance with the applicable Trustcoin service rules.
A Gas Balance that has already been used, consumed, adjusted, or applied to the user's account is generally not refundable, except where Trustcoin determines that an incorrect deduction, duplicate charge, or technical error occurred.
If the user's Gas Balance becomes negative as a result of applicable service charges associated with managing existing positions, the negative balance remains payable and may be recovered from a subsequent Gas Recharge in accordance with the applicable Trustcoin rules.
Section 9
Promotional or Complimentary Gas Balance
Any Gas Balance provided as a promotional benefit, incentive, bonus, credit, or other complimentary allocation is not a payment made by the user and is therefore not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Promotional or complimentary Gas Balance may be subject to additional conditions communicated when the benefit is provided.
Section 10
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, a refund will generally not be available for:
- a correctly processed and credited Gas Recharge;
- Gas Balance already used or consumed in accordance with applicable Trustcoin rules;
- trading losses or negative trading performance;
- market volatility or adverse market movements;
- failure to achieve an expected profit or return;
- profit-sharing outcomes;
- voluntary discontinuation of trading after a correctly credited Gas Recharge;
- user error or incorrect payment information;
- USDT sent to an incorrect recipient or payment destination due to user error;
- transactions made using an account or payment method that the user was not authorized to use; or
- promotional, bonus, or complimentary Gas Balance.
Section 11
Refund Request Period
For a suspected Gas Recharge, USDT Transfer, or Gas Balance Credit error, the user should submit a refund request as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 72 hours of the relevant transaction or failed Gas Recharge Request.
A request submitted after this period may still be reviewed where appropriate, including where the user has a reasonable explanation for the delay or where a longer period is required by applicable law.
Section 12
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the user should contact Trustcoin Support through the official support channel provided on the Trustcoin website or within the Trustcoin application.
The request should include, where applicable:
- registered Trustcoin account details;
- date and time of the USDT Transfer;
- Gas Recharge amount;
- Binance Order ID or Transaction ID;
- screenshot or other transaction evidence, if requested; and
- a clear description of the issue.
Trustcoin may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.
Security NoticeNever provide your Trustcoin password, Binance password, OTP, two-factor authentication code, withdrawal code, private key, seed phrase, or API Secret in connection with a refund request.
Section 13
Refund Evaluation
Trustcoin will review the relevant account, USDT Transfer, Gas Recharge Request, Gas Balance, and system records to determine whether a refund or account correction is appropriate.
The evaluation may take up to 7 business days from receipt of all information reasonably required to investigate the request.
Trustcoin may decline a refund where the available records establish that the Gas Recharge was correctly processed and the Gas Balance was correctly credited.
Section 14
Refund Approval and Processing
If a refund is approved, Trustcoin will normally initiate the refund within 14 business days after approval.
Where technically and legally possible, the refund will normally be made using the same or an appropriate supported method associated with the original USDT Transfer.
Because cryptocurrency transactions and third-party payment services may involve processing limitations, the actual time for the refunded amount to become available may vary.
Trustcoin will not intentionally alter or manipulate the value of a valid refund. Any applicable transaction, network, or third-party processing costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Section 15
Duplicate or Erroneous Gas Recharge
If a user accidentally submits a duplicate Gas Recharge Request or transfers an amount different from the intended amount, the user should contact Trustcoin Support promptly.
Trustcoin will verify the relevant USDT Transfer and Gas Recharge records and may, where appropriate, correct the Gas Balance or process a refund of an excess amount.
Section 16
No Refund of Trading Capital or Exchange Funds
Trustcoin does not hold the user's trading capital through its Gas Balance system.
Trading capital and trading profits remain in the user's connected exchange account, subject to the exchange's own terms, trading activity, market conditions, and risks. Trustcoin cannot process a refund of funds that are held in the user's exchange account.
Trustcoin's current non-custodial model is designed so that exchange API access does not require withdrawal or transfer permissions.
Section 17
No Guarantee of Trading Results
A Gas Recharge is a payment for maintaining the applicable Trustcoin Gas Balance. It is not an investment in Trustcoin and does not guarantee:
- profit;
- a particular return;
- a particular ROI;
- successful execution of every trade;
- a particular number of trades; or
- protection against trading losses.
Cryptocurrency Futures trading can result in substantial or total financial loss. Past or displayed performance does not guarantee future results.
Section 18
Dispute Resolution
If a user disagrees with a refund decision, the user may first request a review through Trustcoin Support.
Any unresolved dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of the Trustcoin Terms of Service and applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Section 19
Changes to This Refund Policy
Trustcoin may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
- the Trustcoin platform;
- Gas Balance or Gas Recharge procedures;
- payment methods;
- trading-service operations;
- profit-sharing arrangements;
- applicable law; or
- security and operational requirements.
The latest version published on the official Trustcoin website will apply from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law.
Section 20
