Trustcoin is a non-custodial AI-powered cryptocurrency trading software platform designed to automate trading through supported cryptocurrency exchange APIs.

Trustcoin does not hold your trading capital. Your trading funds remain in your connected exchange account, while the Trustcoin software uses the API permissions you authorize to receive permitted account and market information and execute applicable trades according to the configured trading system.

Trustcoin is software infrastructure for automated crypto trading and does not guarantee trading profits or returns.

A crypto trading bot is software that can monitor cryptocurrency markets and automatically execute trades according to predefined strategies, rules, signals, and parameters.

Instead of manually monitoring the market and placing every order, an automated trading bot can perform eligible trading operations through an exchange API.

The actual trading outcome depends on market conditions, strategy, execution, account settings, and other factors.

Trustcoin connects to a supported cryptocurrency exchange through an API.

After the required account registration, KYC verification, API connection, trade settings, and Gas Balance requirements are completed, the software can operate automated trading according to its applicable trading strategy and system rules.

The general process is:

Trustcoin account → KYC verification → Exchange API connection → Trade amount configuration → Gas Balance → Bot activation → Automated trading

The bot does not guarantee that every trade will be profitable or that a trade will be opened whenever the market moves.

Trustcoin operates as a non-custodial software platform.

Your trading capital and trading profits remain in your connected cryptocurrency exchange account. Trustcoin does not take custody of your trading capital through the Gas Balance system.

Trustcoin accesses the exchange through the API permissions configured for the connected account.

This means users should carefully review API permissions and follow Trustcoin's current security requirements when creating the API connection.

Trustcoin's setup requires users to configure the exchange API without withdrawal and transfer permissions.

With withdrawal and transfer permissions disabled, the API cannot be used to withdraw or transfer cryptocurrency from the exchange account.

However, users remain responsible for reviewing their API permissions and maintaining the security of their exchange account.

Never share your exchange password, OTP, two-factor authentication code, withdrawal code, private key, seed phrase, or API Secret with anyone.

Depending on the applicable onboarding requirements, you may need:

  • a Trustcoin account;
  • a verified email address;
  • a valid mobile/WhatsApp number;
  • KYC information;
  • a supported cryptocurrency exchange account;
  • exchange account/UID information;
  • a compatible trading API;
  • a configured trade amount; and
  • a sufficient approved Gas Balance.

The exact requirements may change as Trustcoin's application and supported exchange requirements are updated.

For detailed instructions, refer to the Trustcoin Setup Guide.

KYC verification is required before Bot Trading can be enabled under the current Trustcoin onboarding process.

KYC information is used to verify the user's identity and support account security, fraud prevention, and applicable legal or operational requirements.

Users must provide their own accurate identity information and must not submit another person's identity documents or exchange account information.

The Gas Balance is a prepaid Trustcoin service balance maintained in your Trustcoin account.

It is used for settlement of Trustcoin's applicable share of trading profit or loss in accordance with the Trustcoin Profit Sharing & Prepaid Gas Balance Policy.

The Gas Balance is separate from:

  • your trading capital;
  • funds held in your exchange account;
  • your trading profits or losses; and
  • your profit-sharing entitlement.

The Gas Balance is not an investment or deposit held by Trustcoin on your behalf.

A Gas Recharge is the process of adding USDT to your Trustcoin Gas Balance.

Where Binance Pay is the applicable payment method, you transfer USDT through Binance Pay using the payment details displayed in the official Trustcoin application.

After the USDT Transfer, you submit the applicable Gas Recharge Request, including the Binance Order ID or Transaction ID where required.

The Gas Balance is credited after the USDT Transfer has been verified and approved.

Gas Recharges are prepaid amounts. They are not monthly subscriptions, recurring payments, or automatic renewals.

A USDT Transfer is the actual transfer of USDT made by the user through Binance Pay, or another payment method specifically supported by the Trustcoin application, for the purpose of a Gas Recharge.

The USDT Transfer and the Gas Recharge are related but are not the same thing:

USDT Transfer → Gas Recharge Request → Verification/Approval → Gas Balance Credit

Users should transfer USDT only to the payment destination displayed through the official Trustcoin application.

The current process generally involves:

  • Open Gas Recharge in the Trustcoin application.
  • Select the applicable payment method, such as Binance Pay.
  • Review the payment details displayed by the application.
  • Transfer the required USDT amount.
  • Copy the Binance Order ID or Transaction ID.
  • Submit the Gas Recharge Request.
  • Wait for verification and approval.
  • Confirm that the Gas Balance has been credited.

Always follow the amount and payment instructions currently displayed inside your Trustcoin application.

Under the current Service requirements, Gas Recharges are made in multiples of 100 USDT, unless Trustcoin specifies otherwise for a particular service.

For example, applicable recharge amounts may include 100, 200, 300 USDT, and so on.

Users should always follow the current minimum amount and recharge increments displayed in the Trustcoin application.

No.

Trustcoin does not charge a monthly subscription fee, recurring subscription fee, or fixed monthly platform fee for its applicable trading service.

The current model operates through a prepaid Gas Balance and profit-sharing structure.

The Gas Balance and profit-sharing arrangements are governed by the Terms of Service and the Trustcoin Profit Sharing & Prepaid Gas Balance Policy.

Trustcoin currently uses the following profit-sharing structure based on the user's Cumulative Gas Recharge:

Cumulative Gas Recharge User's Share Trustcoin's Share
Below 500 USDT 50% 50%
500 USDT or more but below 1,000 USDT 60% 40%
1,000 USDT or more 70% 30%

Once a user achieves a higher profit-sharing slab, that slab remains permanently applicable to the user in accordance with the Profit-Sharing Policy.

Profit sharing applies to applicable trading profit or loss and does not guarantee any particular return.

Gross Trade PNL means the profit or loss of an individual closed trade before exchange trading fees, funding fees, network fees, conversion fees, or other third-party charges.

After an applicable trade is closed, Trustcoin's applicable share of the Gross Trade PNL is settled against the user's Gas Balance.

For a profitable trade, Trustcoin's applicable share is deducted from the Gas Balance.

For a losing trade, Trustcoin's applicable share of the loss is credited to the Gas Balance.

The detailed calculation and allocation rules are governed by the Trustcoin Profit Sharing & Prepaid Gas Balance Policy.

If your Gas Balance becomes zero or negative, Trustcoin will not initiate or open new trades for your account.

Existing open positions may continue to be managed and closed according to the applicable trading strategy and system rules.

A negative Gas Balance may be carried forward and recovered from your subsequent Gas Recharge.

Once a qualifying Gas Recharge restores the required Gas Balance, automated trading may resume according to the applicable Service rules.

No.

A Gas Recharge only adds to your prepaid Trustcoin Gas Balance. It does not guarantee:

  • trading profit;
  • a specific ROI;
  • a fixed return;
  • a particular number of trades;
  • successful execution of every trade; or
  • protection against trading losses.

Cryptocurrency and Futures trading involve substantial risk, and you may lose some or all of your trading capital.

No. Trustcoin does not guarantee profits or any particular return.

Trading performance can vary because of market conditions, volatility, liquidity, strategy performance, execution, fees, funding costs, account settings, and other factors.

Past performance or displayed live performance should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.

Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

Automated trading does not eliminate market risk.

Potential risks include:

  • cryptocurrency price volatility;
  • Futures trading losses;
  • liquidation or forced position closure;
  • strategy underperformance;
  • market conditions changing unexpectedly;
  • exchange outages or technical problems;
  • API connectivity problems;
  • execution delays or errors;
  • funding and trading fees;
  • insufficient account balance;
  • cybersecurity risks; and
  • loss of trading capital.

Users should understand these risks before enabling automated trading.

It may be technically possible to use Trustcoin without previous trading experience, but users should understand cryptocurrency and Futures trading risks before using real trading capital.

Trustcoin provides onboarding and support information, but users are responsible for understanding the risks associated with their trading decisions and account configuration.

If you are unfamiliar with Futures trading, consider learning how leverage, margin, liquidation, funding fees, and market volatility work before enabling automated trading.

There is no universally appropriate trading amount.

The amount you use should depend on your financial circumstances, risk tolerance, available exchange balance, and understanding of cryptocurrency Futures trading.

Use only funds you can afford to lose.

The trade amount configured in Trustcoin determines the applicable USDT margin allocated per trade according to the Service's current settings and rules. It does not guarantee a particular profit or limit the maximum possible loss from all market conditions.

Yes.

Cryptocurrency Futures trading carries substantial risk, and adverse market movements can result in significant or total loss of trading capital.

Risk settings may help manage exposure, but no setting can guarantee that your principal will be protected under all market conditions.

Do not interpret any Trustcoin risk-control feature as a guarantee against loss.

Your trading capital and trading profits remain in your connected cryptocurrency exchange account.

Trustcoin does not hold those funds through the Gas Balance system and does not provide custody of your exchange assets.

Any withdrawal from your exchange account is subject to the exchange's own account rules, security requirements, withdrawal procedures, applicable fees, and applicable law.

Trustcoin may receive permitted account and balance information through the exchange API to operate the Service.

The API should be configured with only the permissions required by the Trustcoin setup process.

Withdrawal and transfer permissions should remain disabled.

Trustcoin does not require your exchange password, private key, seed phrase, withdrawal code, or two-factor authentication code to operate the API connection.

Trustcoin's automated trading service operates through the platform and connected exchange API rather than requiring your phone or computer to remain continuously active.

Therefore, shutting down your personal device or temporarily losing its internet connection does not necessarily stop the automated trading service.

However, trading can be affected by exchange availability, API connectivity, Trustcoin system availability, account status, or other technical conditions.

Automated trading depends on the availability and proper operation of the connected exchange, API, network, Trustcoin systems, and other technical infrastructure.

A technical problem may delay, prevent, or affect trading operations.

Trustcoin cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or successful execution of every trade.

Yes.

Where the applicable account controls permit it, you can disable Bot Trading through the Trustcoin application.

Disabling Bot Trading prevents new automated bot trades from being initiated according to the applicable system rules. Existing positions may require separate management or may continue to be managed according to the applicable trading strategy and system rules.

If trading has been restricted or locked by the system or administrator, you may need to contact Trustcoin Support.

Trustcoin treats account, trading, API, and strategy information as confidential and uses it to provide, secure, operate, and improve the Service, subject to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Your information is not made publicly visible to other Trustcoin users simply because you use the platform.

Trustcoin may disclose information to service providers, exchanges, authorities, or other parties were permitted or required under its Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable law.

API credentials are sensitive information and should be treated accordingly.

The Trustcoin application may use encryption and security controls to protect stored API credentials.

Users should also:

  • create a dedicated API key for Trustcoin;
  • disable withdrawal permissions;
  • disable transfer permissions;
  • use only the permissions required by the application;
  • enable two-factor authentication on the exchange;
  • never share API secrets with anyone; and
  • immediately delete/revoke the API key if exposure is suspected.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Yes.

Trustcoin provides support through the official support channels made available on the website or within the application.

Support may include assistance with:

  • account registration;
  • KYC;
  • API setup;
  • Gas Recharge;
  • Gas Balance;
  • Bot activation;
  • general technical issues; and
  • other Trustcoin platform functions.

Never send passwords, OTPs, private keys, seed phrases, withdrawal codes, or API Secrets to support personnel.

Refunds are governed by the Trustcoin Refund Policy.

A refund may be considered where a user has successfully completed a USDT Transfer but the corresponding Gas Balance Credit was not correctly made due to a verified technical, processing, or accounting error attributable to Trustcoin.

A verified duplicate or erroneous Gas Recharge may also be considered for refund where appropriate.

A correctly processed and credited Gas Recharge is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or provided under the Refund Policy.

A trading loss, lower-than-expected profit, market movement, or disagreement with a trading result does not by itself create a right to a Gas Recharge refund.

For a suspected Gas Recharge, USDT Transfer, or Gas Balance Credit error, you should contact Trustcoin Support as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 72 hours of the relevant transaction or failed Gas Recharge Request.

You may be asked to provide your account information, transaction amount, date, Binance Order ID or Transaction ID, and other information necessary to verify the transaction.

A negative Gas Balance represents an outstanding amount resulting from the applicable settlement of trading activity under the Trustcoin Profit Sharing & Prepaid Gas Balance Policy.

The negative balance may be carried forward and recovered from a subsequent Gas Recharge.

The user remains responsible for the outstanding negative Gas Balance.

Trustcoin's Gas Balance and profit-sharing arrangements are separate from fees charged by third parties.

Users may separately incur charges from their cryptocurrency exchange, Binance Pay, blockchain networks, or other service providers, including:

  • trading fees;
  • funding fees;
  • withdrawal fees;
  • network fees;
  • conversion fees;
  • payment-processing charges; and
  • other applicable third-party charges.

Users are responsible for applicable third-party charges.

Tax treatment varies according to the user's jurisdiction, circumstances, and applicable law.

Users are responsible for determining and complying with their own tax, reporting, and statutory obligations relating to cryptocurrency transactions, trading activity, trading profits, Gas Recharge transactions, or other applicable matters.

Trustcoin does not provide individualized tax advice.

The Trustcoin Setup Guide provides a step-by-step onboarding process covering:

  • Account creation;
  • KYC verification;
  • Binance Futures API setup;
  • Trade amount configuration;
  • Gas Recharge and Gas Balance activation; and
  • Bot Trading activation.

Follow the current instructions displayed in the Trustcoin application because exchange interfaces and technical requirements may change.
